3. Payments & Commission
After an initial free consultation and strategic audit, clients are required to pay a small tech setup retainer.
Remaining payments are made on a commission-based model, which will be clearly defined in the project proposal or service contract.
Third-party costs (like hosting, plugins, domains, platforms) are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, logos, and code created by Delphine Web Design remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. After that, full rights are transferred to the client unless stated otherwise.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and timely content, images, access credentials, and approvals. Delphine Web Design is not responsible for delays caused by lack of communication or missing materials.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use or misuse of our services or website. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome.
7. Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our services, payments (including retainers) are non-refundable once the project has started. In special cases, refunds may be issued at our discretion.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Completed work up to that point must be paid in full.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email.
